Looks like a boat set up to me.
1989 W250 727, 3.07 L/S, S300, P/S Intercooler, Stans exaust, Pump adjustments, 127k miles,297 hp
1993 W250 extended cab, rag, 4.10 l/s, 6x16's, HTT 62/71/14 piston l/p, Isspro EV series tach, fuel pressure, boost, oil pres, water temp, volt, pryo, 132k/ 301 hp
1992 W250 with NV4500, 3.54's, 16cm 60mm GDS H1C, ground stock cone, Isspro tach, pryo, boost, fuel pressure, slow, rusty, dented,180k

Ya they run them on case equip like dozers,backhoes,ect.

a buddy of mine was gonna do that to his second gen, I don't know if he ever did though.
Sold 91 now-intercooled W250, 388WHP 923WTQ on #2 only 423WHP 968WTQ on meth 0% correction.

I wonder if the fuel pressure would drop much going through a 2 stage ?

Looks like it fits half of the engines Cummins has ever made...
1990 D-250 Regular Cab: Tweaked injection pump, built transmission, a cataclysmic charlie foxtrot of electronics, the most intense street-ran water injection system in the country, and some more unique stuff.

Yep got one on my 90 6bt crew cab. Will fit 89-93. On the intercooled models you just need to move a wiring harness/plug over to clear the mount.

Good to know, Bill. Do you think it is worthwhile to go buy one of these new? I'm guessing you found it at your favorite junkyard or something.

Ah a week later :oops: . No. It's very expensive last I checked a few years ago. If I remember right, the dual head and the nut and nipple/adaptor cost around $125 new. Don't quote me though. Seems like in the part number forum, I gave the numbers and or an engine serial number (ESN) to use to get the parts via Cummins. I picked the last two I had from the junkyard. I think 'oldcool90' might have this setup available for sale used IIRC. You might pm him.

I installed it for the 'bling' factor is all.
