Air Intake Cover Gasket Leaks

Anybody ever have the air intake cover gasket leak?
1990 D-250 Regular Cab: Tweaked injection pump, built transmission, a cataclysmic charlie foxtrot of electronics, the most intense street-ran water injection system in the country, and some more unique stuff.

Mine did once, the bolts were loose. One of the times I did a head gasket I bought the hole head gasket set, it came with a new intake plate gasket, so I replaced it and haven't had any problems since.
Sold 91 now-intercooled W250, 388WHP 923WTQ on #2 only 423WHP 968WTQ on meth 0% correction.
