Higher rpm fuel knock

I've got a fuel knock coming in at higher rpm's (no tach guessing 2500ish on up).
Fuel pressure holding at 14psi, Injector set at 240bar, same boost as always, same egt's, 2.10mm of timing, Smoke seems a little grey but this could be me just thinking there is a problem because I'm looking for something. I haven't changed anything on the truck, it just started doing it.
It's not down on power still feels the same and performs the same. I'm just hearing the Knock!
It's only a fuel knock it's not lower end or anything like that. If I free rev it it's not nearly as much as underload. No miss or anything like that.
