vacuum pump

while i was replacing the steering shaft on my truck today , i noticed that one of the mounts that holds the power steering pump to the vacuum pump is cracked / broken .

how expensive is the vacuum pump ? ( any body have one that they might want to sell ? )
how many miles do they go before they fail , roughly .

the truck has 120,000 km's on it , i'm thinking maybe just welding the mount back on , assuming that there isn't more damage when things get taken apart .

i've had the engine running , and things sound quiet from that area .
