Bad oil leak!

My pickup ('93 CTD) started leaking pretty bad today. I noticed it when I left it running and left it for a few minutes. I came back to notice a good steady stream of oil coming out of the front of the engine bay. Upon further inspection, I realized it's Motor oil and found where it's leaking.

It seems to be coming out of the back of the gear case, from a hole a little larger than 1/2" under the injection pump.

It's the hole right above the round casting here. You can see the oil slick right below it.

Is that the pin that helps you find TDC when replacing the injector pump?

Holy crap! You're right! I used it to find TDC when I did the valve adjustment! Must've rattled right out!

There's supposed to be a star washer that locks that in there. I usually pull it out and reset it when I'm done. Any plastic plug or something that fits will work to plug it for now.
