what kind of modifications would have to be made to install an aftercooler?
98 3500, 5sp, dpp 90's, 10 plate, 4k springs, sb fe. totalled
90 d250 727, stock for now, coming soon: trans swap from a '95 2nd gen, 366 spring, m&h m5, custom crossover plumbed for a little w/m and n2o

Air to water? Not much, just that and the injection lines. BGilbert had one for sale, might still. Check in the sale section.
