Super 40 Turbos have an 4" exhaust outlet i belive correct? are there any options for mating up a PacBrake exhaust brake to the back of one of these bigger turbos?

They do make them for 4" outlets. Just watch if your buying a used one and make sure it has a flat flange for mounting. Some HX40's have a beleveled flange setup.
