$299 Ebay HX35's

hey-Hey!!!,
There are many HX35 listed on ebay for ~$300. What allows the good price? What gives? It is about half of what I expected. Are they a model that is less-than-optimum for a gen 1?

Are they new? If they are then they might be China fakes that will blow after 5 minutes. :D China cheese. :roll:

Now it doesn't have anything that overtly says 'fake'...like perhaps a high-performance, low mass wood turbine wheel...

That guy pushes china junk turbo's. He has been on ebay for ever. He is normaly the one you see listing with very confusing info for the ricer crowd.

Thanks very much y'all. Most ov my expertise in that sort of thing lies with old tubes and hi-fi's; no way I'd buy a fake telefunken ECC83...but Cummins stuff is quite another story. I did think it strange a used one was bid to near his asking price now that I think of it.

That's actually $339. Looks like the guy is in the "EBAY SHIPPING BUSINESS" where you get charged double for the shipping.
