How bad is the blow-by? Any?

If not, I would think the blow-by tube is clogged, and the crank case pressure is blowing oil past the rings.

Any blue, burning oil smell?

That would cause bluish tinted smoke, correct?

my 90 with 320+ thousand does not burn any oil of which I have noticed. You likley have something wrong other than wear and tear. I have not touched the valve stem seals either. No blow by to speak of.
