jake brake?

I saw a post talking about a jacobs exhaust brake and i was wondering if it is just the butterfly/ guillitene style brakes im used to....? or is it an actual jake brake style engine break that would be way cool if there was a jake brake for a 12 valve but i can see how seeing how there needs to be engine oil pressure fired injectors, any info would be golden thanks

Exhaust brake only.
