ive got a htt turbo 16cm exhaust and im getting alot of midrange lag should i run a 14 or a 12cm for a quicker spool :?

Hmmm, thats odd, what do you consider midrange? As soon as I hit about 10psi it only takes a split second to reach 34psi. Its that 0-10 psi that is the slowest for me. What is your max boost level?

max boost is 30psi and thats with my foot in the oil pan

Do you have a tach? What fuel enhancements have you done? Fuelling will have as big of, if not bigger, effect on spooling than turbine housing size. Yes, please define "mid range."

Mine is laggy to about 17-1800RPM, then it really takes off (jump to mid 20s). I have it that way intentionally, to reduce intown fuel usage/ EGT. I can loosen my AFc spring and lower the RPM it comes on.
