But see, I haven't done a single mod to either truck in a year..........other than efi live and 100bms on the 06. This is me slow.

Wow! You make that sound so minuscule for power improvements to that truck but in reality it's a capable 500hp rig with your tuning done right. From my understanding and listening to the local/Internet bullschiters. Apparently in you broke transmissions case.....very plausible assumption.
You gonna try and fix it yourself?

But it doesn't have to be stock either! My '97 is more than stock, but still dependable. I got 9mpg towing the trailer with the camper and the crawler on it. I was plenty happy with that, but the truck was gutless compared to the green one.

The dodge is far from stock too! Stock blows....no doubt. But it tears up less too.

With the "weaker" cp3, may be shy........but if it was putting it to the ground.... 550 or so should be the ball park.

520 can be done on an entire stock 06 with efi. The truck absolutely rips as it sits..........so yes, a broken input at highway speeds is within the realm of possibilities.

And no, I'm not going to just fix it. It needs a bruce jenner. Not sure if I'll do billet intermediate or not.... but I really should do a billet output with the input.

Dual cp3, and compounds and 700hp is there.

If you work on enough stuff you get to the point where you get sick of fixing your own. I play with my 90 and everything else stays very close to stock. I like to know when I get in my 96 and hook onto the trailer it's not going to tear itself up. So all it has is a fuel plate and it's actually detuned in the afc to run very little to no smoke.

Oh and stock sucks. But warranty and dependability is more important sometimes.

The best thing I ever did to improve my truck's durability was buy a semi trailer. You can worry about your drive line and suspension for the whole trip or you can do 60 the whole way and not break a sweat.

Just a stock trans and turbo tune from Anarchy on my buddie's truck was 414hp... Added a 66mm and a Golden Nugget trans now he is putting 450hp to the ground.

Mine with stock hard parts and MCC by me was doing about 480whp. Adding almost twice the compressor flow, and a lot more knowledge on the tuning front has me pretty close to that 600 mark. I have a maxed out 6.7 head and flux 4.5 nozzles coming though, so even with the stock cp3 650 will be possible. Though as it sits now it feels like it has more power than my brothers r/t challenger

I bet the art work on the transmission added 50 hp. I don't know either party, but that's a hilarious prank.

Looks like way more fun than pulling my antique class.. but I'm sure I have much less invested in my A than you have.. lol

I still have lots of fun going 3mph anyway.
