That's never fun David. Hopefully it's not too difficult to resolve.

In other news. Wiper arms.

Smells like rice in here.

I'm going to put some known good injectors in my pickup tomorrow and see if I can get it to fire up. No matter what I try, I get air coming out of every line after I try cranking. I've ran my Airdog for 5 minutes and can't find a leak. I was told i might have a stuck open injector blowing compression into the pump.

Turned out I did have a bad injector. Got the new ones in and she fired right off. Drove it home and it's overcharging, brakes are soft, and has a huge oil leak from the tappet cover.

I think I got a bad injector or two, started getting a lot of smoke on startup, what would be one step up from stock injectors? no prince of darkness either.

I made a bit of progress on my painting project today. Finished my alternator bracket, and washer nozzles, got the paint sprayed on my hood, and sprayed a bit of clearcoat on the cowl. I realize now I'm going to have to put the hood, and cowl back on to tape off where I'm going to spray the red, then take it back apart to actually spray the red.

In a 93.........everything larger than a 6x9 would be a "step up". How much of a step would depend on your goals.

6x10 are an injector that is a mild upgrade that works on a completely stock truck.

6x10 sounds good then. Anyone recommend circuit breakers to rep[lace fuseable links? I fried one the other day, I have no charging function. (ill fix that one with old style electric regulator). turn signals, brake lights, wipers, taillights, blower all gone. guess I need to find donor truck for harness.

So I've discovered my rad, and intercooler are entirely inadequate for my compound setup. If I do over 75mph for any length of time where the primary is making boost it looks seems like the intercooler heat soaks, and the rad can't do its job properly. I also have a mystery oil leak.

Looks like it's actually just my t-stat that's bad. Ran in the rain today, and the coolant still runs on the warm side. On a fun note I lit the tires up a couple times in 3rd just punching the throttle on wet pavement.

That ended up being the return line loosened up on me for some reason. drove it back from OK, and drove it down to my parents to pick the trailer up for another run and got home last night and smelled fuel, pump was dry, drove it this morning and saw fuel running off the back side of the engine. Get it back to the house and the number 3 injector was running fuel everywhere. It seemed tight but I loosened it and retightened it and it stopped for now so we shall see.
