No, still have it. I put a new drag link on last year, still has it. Tightened up the steering box, still has it. I can not see any play in tie rods. I see no cracks in the frame. It may be a combo of slight wear on a few things. Drives me crazy.

Is the bracket holding the steering box crack free?

As far as I can tell. The poor truck is just worn.

I reckon your caster is borderline low. Sagged springs, worn bushings, etc. No, there isn't an 'adjustment' per se... but you can replace the shackle with a longer one which tilts the the diff slightly and adds caster.

I built 5" shackles from flat bar and never had DW since. In fact, I've had a sloppy steering box, cracked bracket, and a worn draglink since. Still no death wobble.

Very well could be. It has a super heavy home built winch bumper / brush guard and original springs. Pretty much flat on the bump stops. It appears to me to need a camber king pin kit as well, the drivers side looks a touch out of spec on camber, yet the king pin is tight. Im the 3rd owner and its been a work truck since new. Getting old, just like me.
