I wish I hadn't unretired. Or at least picked a less stressful job. The money was the deciding factor though and being able to work the lonely shift.

I’ve been contracting doing mill shutdowns. It’s the closest to pulling myself out of debt I’ve been in a lot of years now.

I couldn't take the continual harassment the company was laying on me, so I quit as of Mar 6. As a matter of fact, my whole department has now quit.

I haven't been on here in a long time. I hope everyone is doing well.

Getting ready to rebuild the getrag and put a new 450ish hp clutch in the old girl, then studs and bigger sticks finally. I’m a bit late to the party lol.

I still need to order transmission parts but I have new turbos, head studs and a bunch of other stuff to go on. Going to pull the engine to make accessing things easier. She’s been broken for pretty much right at 6 years now

Crazy how the time gets away. One minute you're making plans on fixing it, and next it's several years later.

Still puttering with the dually. Hauled the camper on a 2500 mile trip this last week, found a few issues but nothing major and made it back in 1 piece.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

Do you hang a pineapple upside down at the campground?

I can’t remember if I’ve asked this on another thread, or not already, but has anyone seen or driven a THD competition pump truck? I’ve heard there’s a lot of them on Facebook, but still to this day I don’t have one of those fangled accounts. Haven’t seen anything on YouTube.

I’ve made progress on rebuilding my engine. Ported the head for twenty something hours last week and put the gear on my 188/220 cam. Just have to do valve seats, and valves and that can go back together, then give the cylinders a hone and a few more little things and it’ll be ready to go back in.
