Don't get me wrong, I'd love to own it...

I just cant see it being worth almost $20k. Maybe I'm just a tight wad.

I am as well, that why I built back up a total piece of crap. I have little money in it, but hundreds of " free " hours.

Thats my dream truck....but i'm not buying the original paint, theres no way the pin strip has been on that truck
over 2 months, and i also find it hard to believe it would have came from the factory with green/tan paint
and gray int instead of tan int.

but thats just me

It's a nice truck someone took care of but I don't believe it's original. I agree with Dar it just doesn't seem right.

That is the exact color combo of my 1st first gen. Mine was an auto though. Mine also had the gray interior, but not those ugly seats. Wish I never sold that truck, it wasn't as nice but the body and frame were rust free.

It's all about values. Someone who values these old trucks more than you guys will find the price acceptable and buy it.

I wouldn't. For 20K, I'm going to try and find me a decent 4WD low trim level RC 3rd gen. Sorry. I'm starting to get over having cool old stuff, and would rather have something newer, because it is way easier to find parts.

Oh I agree with you in some ways. I'd like to have another 3rd gen 4 door, it is nice to sit in side the cab and push a button for extra power when you want it.

Actually, I'd be looking at a 6.4 powerstroke instead of a 3rd gen, way more than 20K though.

Those 6.4Ls are nice... But the crew long bed 250s tip the scale at 8k. I saw the only one at the pulls last night weigh in. 7980lbs...
