Did you still have all the original body side molding pieces? They look like they are brand new and so do the
wheel well molding too. Did you have to replace any of the pieces on either of these items? If so,, where did you get
them I need a couple of pieces for mine.

Dang lot of hard work but looks awesome.

All that stuff is the original. Just a few rubs with Son of a gun and they look pretty good. The rear is showing some yellow areas where it has worn through.

Just a heads up guys, the pictures look way better then it actually looks. But thanks just the same. :D

I did get a few "DEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS" looks today cruizin through town. Lots of older guys (60's) stop dead in there tracks while walking. Its pretty neat.

I hope you pulled all the trim off when you painted. I know that behind those pieces is usualy one of the 1st places rust starts. Otherwise it looks great!

Some, but not any on the rear bed. I know rust is comming from the back around the rear wheel arches. I did not dare take them off, I think its real thin there. I just take the rear lenses out and give them a drink of oil. This is not a long live truck, that I know. I just hope it stays together for a few years without looking like a rust bucket. I don't have much hope of that. :x

I used the good 3M stuff from a name brand parts store. I heated the paint and the tape with a heat gun to pretty hot and wound them on. The paint must be clean, dry, and hot. ( just don't burn the paint ) :D
