That's a good way for a person to get maimed/disfigured in my shop. I will absolutely go bat schit crazy over missing tools/supplies.

I just HATE it when my loaner bucket truck goes missing!
I work in a great shop, nobody takes anything. If something is missing, they borrowed it and it comes right back, and 99% of the time they asked before they borrowed it. There are only 5 of us, and we rarely have to deal with others coming in who might take anything.

In a shop dealing with truck drivers I've found a lot of stuff goes missing. Not so much tools, but a lot of stuff needed on a near daily basis just disappears.

A lot of bickering, seems people can't scroll past posts they don't like without starting an argument. One of them was a guy selling a gasser and no one liked his price....Instead of scrolling past or notifying one of you guys if it wasn't allowed, they kept arguing and then tagging their friends to join in.. I'm not up with what is allowed or not so I usually just scroll past. That was one of them. Picture for attention gets old also lol.

Who the hell came up with that pic for attention BS anyways ? Never even heard of it till I went in there !

PFA started long before the kids at 1st Gen Dodge diesels ever picked up on it.

Last tank in the Cruze: 49.3mpg. This tank I've lowered the my long stretches from 64mph to 57mph. It's looking like a 55mpg tank. 8)

That's pretty cool to hear Jon. My pyro usually reads about 550 doing that kind of speed on flat ground, but it's so far under the charger at that point when I hit a hill egts climb to around 900 (rpm sits just under 1500 at that speed, charger lights at 1900rpm) interestingly if I'm running at 1800rpm that same kind of hill will net the same egt reading.

Is the compressor wheel and housing from an HX 40 go right on an HX 35? I know the answer is out there but I don't feel like searching for it. I know some of you guys know this right off the top of your head....... ;)

I believe some modification has to be done to the backing plate if I remember

Yep the backing plate needs to be opened up for the compressor to fit. Fyi there are some newer style billet extended tip units on eBay. 62&60mm.

Do you know if they use the same comp wheel backing plate as the 60mm wheel some of us already have on their hybrids?

It's either buy a 60mm wheel and housing and have the backing plate opened up or buy a 4" 45* and a flange and put the 62/71-14 on it. I don't like that idea because it smokes down low with the 12 housing until it spools. I think the 14 will be worse.

Would it be easier to part a truck out and make money or sell it whole? I'm thinking parting it will make more but take longer to get it sold. Selling it whole would be faster except I wouldn't get as much. It's a 92 4x4 that is shot....The cab is a rusted out mess. Basically a good donor truck for a 2wd to 4wd swap. Which is what it was bought for. But plans are quickly changing.

92 W250 Ext cab rotted completely out. Auto, pump maxed, 215 ppump nozzles, Denny T2 pin.

It depends on your neighbors. If they are going to bitch about a wreck sitting there for months then you better sell it whole!
The good thing about selling it is when it's gone, it's totally gone. If you part it out it will sit there and you will have to take the leftovers to the scrap yard.
