Broke my iPhone screen a week or so ago. Using my 3 year old RAZR Maxx. Its performed better and lsdts longer than that 10 month old iPhail. So I listed out for sale on CompD. Local 1st Gunner, goes by 6 speed 90, offered up a nice 284cc VE in trade. I'm jumping on it. My truck has a lope that after injectors, triple checking valves and push rods, that just won't go away and its becoming harder to start. The lope is bad at low RPMs, sounds like a 3.0 puller just warming up. I'm thinking a bad DV. It also isn't pulling as hard in the upper RPM range. EGTs are down 200* at 90mph. Used to hit 1500 by then. Now its not hitting 1300. So when this one gets pulled off, I'm going to see what needs to be rebuilt and massage it a bit.

What size nozzles did he use to flow that 284cc? Because I know he doesn't always use stock nozzles.

You're not sucking air are you?

No sucking of air that I can tell.

Stock IC 6x.009 injectors were used.

It's kind of a flat bill oraler thing, but does anyone know about LED light bars? I'd kind of like to have one since my head lights suck. I have space for a 20"er.

Jon, did you get new 370s? Are they Bosch?

I'm thinking dv or injector.

The chevy and ford guys are jealous we have good mirrors, that's why they give us crap about them! ;)

You didn't see the light bar Ducati had at SOP? I added an 18 watt 6 bulb one for a back up light, it works great. I bought a pair, if 1 wasn't enough I was going to mount the 2nd one, but it is, so it goes on the Green Machine and the old round one comes off. 8)

I have a 32 inch on my bumper. I got it to use driving at night since my headlights are so lousy. I got it on Amazon for about 200 bucks. It makes an insane difference compared to the stock lights. Only problem is I have to shut it off for oncoming traffic. It's doesn't meet the code for vehicle brightness and is technically illegal to use on road I think.

I've had speed demon, and diesel power gear bars on mine. I prefer the speed demon one. Some seem to like rigid, but those things are damn spendy. I could send you my old 20 if you want. It matches the brightness of the 30 I have now.

Also I just got my hands on the new diesel power mag. I instantly flipped to the story on David's truck. I thought it was neat the hungry diesel got its mention in there

I want one for the same reason. What company made yours?

I looked at ridgid and they want $600 for what I want. Rough country wants $220 for the same thing. I read on compd that one guy hit a vw bug at 35mph and his ridgid bar was fine, so they're every bit as tough as they say.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00F4MQJ5 ... TTON_CLICK

I got this 32" one so it would fit on my bumper. It has 4.5 stars in over 400 reviews on Amazon so I figured it must be ok. I read that they can start to leak at the end caps so I took them off and put a bunch on silicone around the edge. Hasn't leaked yet for me and it works great.

Also, a couple days after I got it, I got a completer wire harness complete with relay and a switch. I had already built my own though so I didn't use it. If you want I can send it to you since I won't ever use it.

I can get the 20" version of what you have for $76. It kills me to buy a Chinese piece, but at about 1/9th the price of a rigid I can't ignore that.
