I ended up getting the torch out. Had problems with my electric grinder. I will get some pictures on later.

It's 50" from the front of the front hangers to the centre of the rear hanger. Then 2" above the bottom chord of the frame rail.

I'm doing a crossover steering for it, It's going to work out perfect.

EDIT:

Some pics.

Are you gonna be able to get it out of the garage with the wheels on it?

Not yet, still waiting for the new pitman arm and then possibly a different draglink.

Crossover draglink mocked up. Got to add a little bend to add extra room for the oil pan. The pitman arm is from a WJ from partmike.com modified to fit a draglink end taper.

I got everything together and the truck is drivable now.

I put in a 3 inch rear block still a little low in the rear, it will due for now. I will replace all the spring with alcans next year.

Brakes are a little soft, i shouldn't of sold the proportioning valve off the 1993. I blocked off one outlets on the 2wd prop valve. I don't know if that's my problem or i have air in my master cylinder.

Pics.

looks awesome, its got a nice stance up front. how does the steering feel going down the road?

ive had good luck bleeding the brakes by running lots of fluid throught them, at least 4-5 full open the bleeder up and let it squirt till the pedal hits the floor type squirts (on each wheel).

Ive always had squishy brakes untill I bleed about a full masters worth through the system, if you just pop the rears expecting for the air to be at the bleeder screw it will fool you, usually i get a good streem of stedy fluid then a bunch of air.

I dont know why... but if i do it that way i get a rock hard pedal

Thanks.

It steering just like a 2wd dodge. Floating and light to the touch.

Still have more air to get out.

The pedal slowly drops to the floor when pressing on it also. Now if i pump the brakes it really firms up but still drops slowly. No leaks.

yep, could, at worst be a bad master, but most likely just air.

logic would tell you air= spongy but stops

dodge=spongy, sinking, weird
