It turned out that I have heard nothing from the cops since I picked up my copy of the report. When I talked to the cop after giving my statement, he said I would definitely be getting something out of it. He is either taking his time, or nothing is going to happen. My insurance company called me to get my side of the story. I still have no idea who was found at fault. My insurance comapny seemed to believe it was my fault for speeding (getting over 40mph in 120 feet? gimme a friggin break
) but when I pointed out to them that she pulled out in front of me, the lady on the phone had a change of attitude. I may have even got at least one witness statement tossed out due to the witness working at a competing parts store. She said she took note of that. I have left several messages with the girl's insurance company, and they call me back during the day when I am at work
