Hi all Im Nate 22 been married just over a month,my wife understands my diesel "perversion". I bought my 93 in april 08 ,totaled it in jan 09 spent the summer of 09 rebuilding it from the frame up,got it retiteled as an 88,ran it 9 monthes and trashed the 518 spent the spring and summer of 10 putting a nv4500 out of a gas job in it. Last spring it started having drive tran issues, new rear main bearing in the 4500 didnt cure, fast foward to a dana 80...I cant wait till I cut this pos up with a set of torches. Other than that I'v got 46 Jeep which I'm restoring along with a pile of other stuff waiting on the back burner

Hey Nathan!

Word of warning. My wife understands the obsession but not the truck. Do not confuse the 2 and you will be fine.

hey-Hey!!!,
I'm 45 and on my third Gen1. Started in 1991 with a 6.9 F250. Sprinkled a 300TDT in there after I got the first 1991 D250. I have an MS ME from PennState, Master's Thesis on HEV battery management. I started school when I was 30 after spending time as a mechanic and machinist and a US Marine; I got tired of working for a living. Now I work for Ford in product development, HEV transmissions exactly...and the 1990 gets me back and forth to work. I've been married since 2000 and have one son, named after my late younger brother Mark. I build vacuum tube amps, and collect tubes and output transformers for fun. The tube forums know me as PakProtector.
cheers,
