Make it nice Ellis you can still use it, i use the dog do out of all my tractors, last spring i was useing
the boys 520 and jumped off and my knife clip scratched the fender. :x now granted it looked like i was
having an epileptic fit out in the middle of the field, but i got over it and went on planting.

I'd have never torn is one apart in the first place. it was a running tractor, weak but running none the less. It came with the under belly cultivators with planters, drag type pasture clipper,a drag disc, manure spread(converted horse drawn type) and some sort of 2 bottom breaking plow.
Had to ride out above birmingham al to pick all that up. And of course I had the equipment on my truck and he hauled the tractor, made haul heavy becuase he didn't want to put it on his 01.
Take a wild guess on what we payed, it'll make you sick

I think the thing that I was the most impressed with was the push rods... 7/16" dia and about 26" long... amazing...

Nice!

I really want a WD9 or WD9 TA International. Always loved those big brutes.

Around here, JD leads the IH, Minnie Moes, and a sprinkling of Case and AC. There is a farmer out here with Cockshutt. Different piece right there.

I had missed that comment from way back, but seeing it to-day it just started me to laughing my ass off. ;)
It's not because scratching up a tractor is funny, but because I can see myself having one of those "seizures", cussing, flailing my arms around, stomping and just generally having a tantrum.

Later you just look at it, grimace and recall how much of an idiot you acted like when you did it. :D
