The original owner of the truck is named Bernie, so I named my truck after him when I bought it from him. Dallas calls her car "Scoobert" because she thinks it's cuter than Scooby.

I refer to my mess as "The Heap". An adjective may often be inserted pending the mood at the moment.

Mine's name changes depending on my mood. "The Black Hole" because its the hole in my driveway that I throw money in, or "Sir Knocks A Lot" for obvious reasons.

My mother calls mine "Loose Wheel Lucile" after the truck decided to go into tricycle mode a few days after I bough it.

My brother calls his 02 "los gatos pene", his 03 Ferd he had before that was "Shaniqua", she was big, black and depended on the government (my brother was active duty Army)

Mom calls her 2010 VW SportWagen TDI "Gretta"

My 04 VW TDI Wagon is called the "Micro Whompiddy", one of my buddies at work says my Dodge is better than most others he seen because of the "whompiddy" under the hood

hey-Hey!!!,
My 1990 goes by Lurch. Both for the ride and his resemblance to the Adams family buttler. Fire him up, and in a gravelly, rattly voice, "yes Mr. Adams..."

A friend of mine always gets a Pug and names it "Pug"; all of my Diesels have been named "Lurch"...don't know what I am going to do once I get the 1991 re-bodied and on the road.
cheers,
Douglas
