I finally broke down and ordered everything earlier this week to do my headgasket and turbo swap. As usual when I'm about broke something will sale cheap. I went to a farm auction today, not knowing they had a 1st gen. I had to stand there and watch a fairly nice 93 D350 ext. cab ctd auto (bad trans) sell for $1300.
1993 W350 LE ext. cab dually, tuned pump, 60mm HX35, NV4500, 4" straight tbe, 366, 1/8" bump, THD fuel pin & lppp, DPS manifold, DFI 5x12's, 3" tubes, PS IC, D80 rear, 3.54's, 4th gen Alcoas.

Ouch.
There was one at the last auction I was at, but didn't have money for that one either.
Was a regular cab, 5spd with about 220k miles. Was VERY clean and straight. Went to $4750. Ran like new. Worst part on it, was the engine needed to be degreased.
