Basically when it comes down to it you make in your pocket after all is said and done 50% of your actual income. I like how schools are going belly up because of the lack of state funding (our taxes) but the prisoners have cable t.v. (our money). They need to instal the cattle slaughter house punch in each prison and save us all a crap ton of taxes, hell maybe they could actually fix a road here in ny.

Man I could talk for days on prisons and how to save money there
I'd change 4 things
1. No more life in prison,if your bad enough to stay forever then your bad enough to say nighty-night.
2. Let's speed things up for death row,why wait, especially if the evidence is conclusive with dna to match.
3. They all grow their own food&cotton, mississippi chain gangs need to be reinstated. Or maybe just all prisons need to be like that one that makes them prisoners wear pink cloths, feed bologna and sleep in tents.
4. Punishment should fit the crime. Far as I'm going on this one,as I'd surly offend someone with my opinion,if I haven't already

Bullets are cheap, if they are on death row a bullet to the head will save us a bunch of money. That or bring back public hanging in the town square. It would make a few think twice before they did something bad.

Bullets are cheap but an air spike would service many. I could go on and on but some people won't like my ideas either.

Y'all aren't offending me. I think if you get offended by (not disagree with) someone's opinion, then you're anti-American. Freedom of belief and expression is what I go to work for. It's what I've been sworn to do, among other things for over nine years now, seeing as I've been on active-duty in the Army my whole career.

Back to the original subject, the interst in my third item grew a little as of yesterday. Might be good for me...
