Nice truck and nice Jeep Gearjammer. I've always wanted to build a Jeep for trail riding, maybe a flatfender. Nothing newer than a CJ-7 for sure. Got a new picture today with the new wheel and tire package. Tires are 255/85R16 Toyo M-55's and the wheels are 16"x8" Allied Rock Crusher's. They rub a little, so next is a small lift to stop the rubbing at the bottom front of the front fenders.

That's a good lookin tire and wheel package Schandler. I might be gettin some nice used aluminum wheels off a buddie here pretty soon. I would love to have a flattie too but a well set up one will cost you, and I don't even have the money for good springs for mine right know.

Howdy all,
I've just discovered this site. Never knew it existed until I saw it mentioned on another diesel site, so I thought I'd stop in and put up a pic of my truck. I bought it in 2006 and can't stop lovin it. I like the stance with the new springs I put in front, but still not happy. I think it needs a Dana 60 or 61 up front next [img][/img] :wrench: I just can't leave well-enough alone. Anyway, good to be here. I felt it was a 'natural' to be part of the 1st Gen site since all my cars are. My 66 Charger, 72 Duster, 98 Neon R/T, and 89 Cummins are all first gen's of their breed.
Take care, and I look forward to the reading and fellowship here.

I might be crazy, but don't all these trucks have Dana 60's up front from the factory?

Nice truck by the way. I love that color.

Thanks for the welcome and the nice comments guys, I appreciate it. You're right Richie, 2WD. Ya. I think I'm gonna go 4x4 though. I sure miss what my old W250 gasser could do. I'll talk more about the 4x4 stuff in a new topic I think.
I do love this truck! I'm reluctant to turn up any power since I get 24 mpg on the road and hate to give that up. I re-sealed the pump and resisted the temptation to go twistin screws. :P

I dig it. :D Is it blue on the bottom? Looks good, bummer about the rust on the rear wheel wells.
