Need some advice

Number one no matter what house you choose they always need work. I would go for having the most land and least amount of neighbors. Ask Pete he's been to my rents house to pick junk up we live away from everyone. The house I bought is just up the road on 27 acres and I still wish I had less neighbors. But I don't have any problems leaving a bunch of trucks, trailers, jeeps, dozers or anything else laying around.
