It has a rattle and the fan is wobbly, i'm thinking the alternator is under there. This thing sat for about 3 years, wondering if the blowby is stuck rings or wear, meter only shows 880 hours, haven't run it long enough to see if meter works. I need to pull the head and look at the cylinders, might be just needs a set of rings, what would be good for a head gasket, stick with kubota or would felpro or detroit be ok?
93 w250 6 speed 4" exhaust, caution, work truck, she's no beauty. building 1 ton dually 4x4, dana 80, 48rh, 205 Scratch the one ton, bought frt. dually 4x4 98 12 valve with the tiny rear doors. rides so much better than the 93.

You should know if the hour meter is working if you turn the key to ON. My FIL's works when it is on.

As far as HG, that is up to you.

Jon,that tractor probably has an hr meter in the cable driven tach.
