Need a pic of a spare tire carrier

Ike delivered a spare tire carrier to SOP for me and I can't figure out how it goes together. I'd appreciate a pic since nothing I've read from Dodge mentions it.

By the way, I have a reciever from a 24v, so I may be pooched the way it is

Thanks! I think I know what my problem is now. My exhaust slopes down at a 45* after the axle and 90*s out. Dodge wanted to save one 45*, assuming 'my exhaust is stock
