I wasn't. I have had my 4x12x50 on a bunch of different guns. It has even been on 22's. :lol:

I reckon I missed that comment,a 22 will fly for a long a$$ way and for its size will kill just as well. I know of several people who kill deer with them,usually neck shots. Most I know use the cci brand bullets and they're fairly potent little bullets.

Some people don't feel the need to use a 30-06 to do the same thing,only to have it go thru the deer and a few limbs and embed itself in a log some where :lol: well unless they use that ballistic tipped bullets that look alot like an octopus when cut out.

Stingers FTW :lol: I still like the .17HMR the best of all rimfires. I've assassinated cats, ground hogs, and tree rats at 50-100 yards numerous times with that quick and flat shooting little gun
