Musta' had a junker in that S/S.
This one fired right off after I bled the fuel supply and got the injectors bled out.

No glow plugs necessary and it was 30 degrees out.

It was high hours and needed tons of cranking if you didn't hit the glows. It's good to know that low hours they start up without the glow plugs.

$270 is cheap! The Kubota turbos for the 3 cylinder ones are $1500 and are only a little bigger. That's pretty cool, lets see, what do i have around here that needs a turbo............EVERYTHING!

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

LOL, I hear that!

Let's see, if I were into mini-pulling, what would need to be changed for one of those engines to live at, say, 25HP with twin turbos?

Connecting rods, for sure, I'm told.
O-ring and head studs, I'm thinking.
Valve springs.
The fan would be a disaster waiting to happen.
Injector work?

Dammit, now I need to DISSECT one to see what makes it tick!

I have seen that turbo mounted on a 2007 Arctic Cat 700 diesel atv, it was freaking cool, really helps out apparently. I was looking into getting an AC 700 diesel, and I wanted to see if there were any mods to be done to it to help it run a little "better" ;)
