Guess im one of the few that still like revolvers. I've been looking at hammer less. 38 for a concealed carry.

I still like revolvers, but it's not practical to carry a .357 or .44 with a 6" barrel. That's a revolver! My madre has a .38 as you describe. It's a Taurus. Pretty nice gun.

If I didn't like rifles so much, I'd have a pistola or two since I just got my CC permit. I got a Henry .22 lever gun for Christmas and man rifles are just more fun :D

Cincinnati is just getting rougher around work so I've been wanting to get my concealed carry. Like to have that and a ankle hoster then a .380 or .40 caliper to carry on my hip.
Been looking at this one.

I've got a Ruger LCR, but in .357. 8)

I buy cheap .38 special stuff to plink around with and the good .357 stuff for protection.

I hadn't drove the old green turd much lately without the valet switch on and and a trailer behind it, so I drove it to church tonight. On the way home I had to get on it a little. 8) Still has the restrictive old Amsoil airfilter on it because I haven't got around to doing anything else. The cold weather made the turbos happy.

Bryan, that's funny!

TRAVEL ALERT WARNING!!!!
I am going to northwest OHIO starting early Friday!

Looks like I'm going to do a BIG loop around, starting here, go through KCMO, St. Louis, then up through Indianapolis, then up to Stryker, OHIO.
From there, I'll backtrack on I-80, through northern Indiana and Illinois, then head to west central Minnesota, then drop through Sioux Falls to Omaha and home.

I'll detour somewhat, but I'm taking a shortbed standard cab Dakota, so my payload is limited.

Mark.

Mark, when are you going to split from I-80 to head up to MN? I live only a few miles off I-80, 20 minutes west of the Quad Cities.

Nope just with about 3000 extra pounds on truck. It averages 6-7 on interstate empty at 70 mph.

I went to a new years eve party at a close friends house and his nephew proceeded to tell me how much better his 92 n/a 7.3 idi f250 was than my cummins. Now I don't usually care, because I drive my truck to please myself and I assume everybody else does too. But this turd just wouldn't quit. He told me it has a weak frame that can be bent just from chaining it down to a trailer. Then told me his idi would drag it backwards because his was rated at 235hp (google later proved it to be 185hp) and mine was 160, and he already won a tug of war with a v6 chevy 1500. He gets better mpg (14 ) than I do (21). Then finally when I went to leave he told me I better cycle the glow plugs a few times since it was so cold. Conveniently, he didnt have his truck with him due to high fuel prices and leaking head gaskets. My friend, his uncle, finally got him to shut up by threatening to kick his ass. Damn kids!

He'll be driving a Commonrail Cummins in about a year or 2, talking crap on how IT is baddass, then crying when the fuel system takes a crap and dissing down the Dodge.
All because he didn't buy a mechanically injected REAL Dodge truck, like a 1st gen, or a 12 valve 2nd gen.

Mark.
