I'm not butthurt. If anything, I find it funny. Since the idi is sooo badass, that's why you see guys swapping them into everything just like the cummins right?

I have nothing against a common rail at this point. My dad bought his 04 new and has had zero issues with it. I would take it over a 2nd gen any day, even a 12 valve. The 94-02 trucks do nothing for me.

If you're going to do a Commonrail, do an '06 or '07 5.9 (better injector design), then IF it craps the bed, go buy a 6.7 longblock and stuff it in the 5.9's place.
It'll work with the earlier trucks, too.
Quite a few people have done this and it makes a totally different animal of the 6.7, in a positive way.

Mark.

Did it come in a cereal box? 1911 FTW

.40?

Nope, it came with a pretty nice box actually. :D

And yep, it's a .40.

I love revolvers and might conceal carry one when I'm off duty. I can only carry a Glock on duty, the department doesn't allow anything else.

Conformist
Plastic guns for all the little kiddies. Does it shoot water?

Like I said, I'd love to be able to carry a revolver on duty, but the department won't allow it anymore. It's a Glock or nothing, in which case they'll issue you a department Glock. I plan on buying the .44 Smith & Wesson Revolver my Granfather carried as his duty weapon, but that'd be a pain to conceal.

That's my line  I cannot explain in words how much I hate the diesel culture and 99% of the 18-24 demographic that drive them. Modified diesel pick-ups: not cool. Rolling the coal: not cool. Driving a diesel pick-up that your mommy and daddy bank rolled: not cool. 500 hp build threads: not cool. Not knowing what makes power when you start a 500 hp build thread: not cool. Whole heartedly subscribing to diesel bro science: not cool.

If I would only let my feelings out instead of bottling them up, I may feel better

How many does that hold? Those are double stack, correct?

Mark, I was only being a little nosy about the boots, more just poking again. ;) I know what you mean about him sleeping, a bomb won't get him up. I beat on his truck at SOP once and he never even moved.

For a fleeting moment there, I thought it was the whole rig that was going in.

Wonder why that high dollar boat was hauled by a lowly Ford conversion like that?
You'd think he would have had something like a Hummer conversion to roll that thing around with.
