Postby ellis93 » Wed Feb 13, 2013 6:35 am

Someone on here used one under their truck, anyone know who that was?
Anyone done this that could elaborate on the fitment issues over the rear axle, either 2or 4wd?

You can buy the individual second gen. parts for the dual exhaust, making it work around the spare tire and socks might take some work. If you need the pipes pm me and I'll get you some prices.

After looking at duals on a 97 it looks like if we reworked the shock mounting the 2nd gen kit would work. Our shocks being mounted as they are would block the driver side pipe.

Because of the shock or something else?

I don't have a spare and shocks are getting moved. Will be a while until I get the money for it though.

I have a 2nd gen 5" cab back on mine. It really comes down to how much time and effort do you want to put into it.
