Oh, and the other downside..... all builders of nozzles are 3 weeks out on just nozzles..... well, the ones that'll pick up the phone (anyone I'm not "hooked" up with is mainly because they can't call back or respond to anything).... such as low budget, dfi, and a few others.

I've always heard very inconsistent things about DDP. Some people love the injectors and say they have fantastic service while others say their injectors are smoky and customer service is awful. I plan on getting a set of 6X.012 injectors myself but I'm not sure who I'll be going with. It'll probably be a few years before I get to doing the injectors though.

Had DDP Stage 4's in my '97. Loved 'em. They replaced a set of 370s. Night and day difference. Things only got better with a better charger. :) The DDPs can be dirty, but they were cleaner than what I had.

Not my truck, but this is hard as mine started with either set (less smoke with the DDP sticks, though). The 370s WERE that bad! - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57KLQ3zyuxo

With you asking that . . . . I don't know for sure now.

Never mind.

They look like a VCO nozzle. If they cost $xxx, they I'd bet they are VCO. If they cost $x,xxx, I bet they're SAC type.

I only use Bosch nozzles. Jamie doesn't actually do any work in house..... he may install the nozzles onto the body, but that's it.

I've haven't talked to John in a while, but I as far as I know he's still at it. I really like the set he made me. He's been making big power for a long time.

I called DDP and tried to buy a set of their "competition injectors" about three years ago. They wouldn't sell them to me until I bought the biggest off the shelf injector they had and ran them first. If I wanted more I could send them back and have them opened up some more. This was even after giving them detailed info about my setup and power goals.

i have a set of their comp injectors in mine and love them, buutttt, they didnt want to build me what i wanted at first, they tried to tell me the same thing about how their stg 4's were all a ve could ever hande. it pissed me off too, but its what i wanted. i finally talked to lenny, and he was willing to work with me, even thought he too told me that what i wanted was too big. i called schied too, and they were awesome to deal with, but, they were several hundred dollars more. i dont regret buying the ddp's, but i think i may have been better off buying scheid injectors.

I am actually considering buying a set of Scheid's sticks......only problem is the smallest SAC style tips they offer are a 5x18.....that's huge, they have an enlarged sac and are on larger bodies. Not to mention the price, but they also said they were actually very clean in consideratin of their size.
