I'm fixing to be on vacation next week so as to complete renovation of the bathroom at the beach. Got about 150 schools fixing to start back the end of next week. Just got a 1000#, 60HP motor set on the loading dock . . . . . . crap.

First time I have logged on in a while
Haven't had much interest in the site.
I haven't really seen much to comment on that has not already had some misguided replies or gotten so very far off topic that I want to involve myself.
Not to mention people being alienated that are a value to the firstgen world
Just my reason

Really? Who was alienated? Could it have been brought on by someones own fault? It's a shame that some folks have to go,especially when they hold so much knowledge, but they themselves sometimes are their own worst enemy.

What is a misguided reply?

I've been having my butt handed to me at the shop,I've not had an easy job (brakes, trans r&r,tune up etc) in awhile. It's all electrical shorts, mystery noises, and playing 20 questions on the phone. Plus I was working on my truck and building a set of cabinets for a good friend. Buzzy Buzzy

I've just been working and toying with the truck a little trying to work some bugs out. I'm trying to scrounge up some spare cash so I can come to SOP this year. Between all that my daughter started back to school last week and I've been helping a buddy on his new house build.

To some degree, I'm in the same boat as SuperiorRam. I'm kind of burned out on the internet. I don't dare share my opinion on tech stuff except the most basic things.

Well I'm about to start my second year of college. I'm contemplating graduating in 7 semesters. I'm something like half to 3/4 of a semester ahead as it sits. You could not fugging pay me enough to be a career student.

Yea, I pretend to be smart.

Why? I thought that was the reason for these forums. So we could share info amongst ourselves and others that may look along. I share what I know,if others don't agree....whatever. Don't really make a damn to me,I know what's work for me and what ain't.

Hell..whenever I've told someone about relays on headlights and someone else says that's a bandaid I haven't gotten my feelers hurt and ran off or kept my mouth shut (huh....fingers idle). No I put it out there, sorry dodge wiring sucks, everybody knows it. And your not running brighter lights where the old sealed beams were,it ain't happening.

Suck it up Nancy!

Pssst, Ellis! Busy. Buzzy is what horse flies are! ;)

I've been trying to get some things done in the evenings, so I've been getting on here an hour later than usual. I'm not afraid to give my opinion or muck up a thread, isn't that what I'm here for?
