Reverse Flow Offset Smoker

Well, the smoker is finally painted and ready to go. Just did a little stack of charcoal to burn it off. Big test will be Saturday. Hope you all enjoy. More pics can be seen here.

No chrome stack? :( Looks good, nice and simple without a lot of extra stuff hanging off it.

Brisket has been in for 4.5 hours. Butt and slabs just went in. My mouth is starting to water already.
