I do feel for the guys like you Ellis, small operations that are honest, competent and trustworthy...doesn't seem to be too many left in my area anyways, it's even worse on the commercial side of things...seems most places around here use the "shotgun" method, just slinging parts untill something is fixed, then stick you with the bill
