I found the page where that dog house was listed. He's in MN. I also found the guy in IL and he doesn't deal in diesels. I'm 90% sure that I could find everything but the radiator and core support in local yards. New radiators are NLA according to my sources. The core supports are hard to find too. Time is against me. I can't be without a truck for weeks while I'm gathering parts.

Something could still fall into my lap though.

Just because you buy something else doesn't mean that you have to get rid of what you have. Just look at my yard.

Buy a newer truck and fix the 1stgen up over the next few months. You'll definitely need a backup if you resort to daily driving a Ford. :P

Anyone see desirable parts here?

I'd still need to find a core support (Or rig this one ;) ) and buy a radiator.

That is worth about $500 max. Nothing is desirable for resale after you keep the doghouse, IMO. The rest is scrap. At least if it had a 'real' dually axle you'd have a $350-500 axle. Throw out a $500 offer.

As far as the core support, you have a welder/can weld right? Pretty sure OReilly can still get an IC'd radiator (Jeff?). Simple fab job there. And source the t-stat housing (91.5-98 12 valve). It's the nonIC radiator that is impossible to find. If you plan to run an IC, another simple fab job.

Yes, left a message.

I'd take a tape measure to it before I got too excited. It may be an SRW rear end

Bill, I was planning on drilling out the welds, bolting the radiator to the brackets, and welding the brackets back to the core support. Last I checked the intercooled radiators are still available. I'll check with my sources. I wanted a cross flow radiator any way.

I heard back from the C&C guy. It's a carb'd 360, so that has to be worth more than scrap. There isn't supposed to be any rust and he's in a hurry to sell. I like those mirrors too.

V band clamps halves? Anybody know where I can order a set or two? Again more custom stuff on the ole M37, and looking for some 3" v bands and clamps to finish out the exhaust.
