You need to slow it down man. Life's too short to be working like that. I'm all for working lots of hours when there's lots of work to do, but you need to be able to live a little too.

Thankfully it rained hard last night and I got today off. My supervisor at the new job, whom I call Private Pyle (Full Metal Jacket reference), falsely led me to believe that Sun up to Sun down was a typical work day. The schedule management gives us should take 12 hours tops, not 14.5.

working on the yj again, do I need power steering and power brakes? room on the drivers side is at a premium, right where the pumps sit on a b series cummins. jeep mounts the steering box inside the frame rail, as opposed to the dodge setup.

Caleb, I used to work 45-60 hours a week. I worked 6 days and after work, I went to my inlaws farm mowing. Since they took away all OT at work, and now my wife is working, I am enjoying life more. The money was good but I am enjoying actually spending time with my family and getting my stuff I want done.

Then again, when I was single, I worked a lot too. I saved a bunch of money.

Txs you'll want the power steering. My cj is manual and it sucks to turn at low speed.

Life just keeps getting better.....all my heifers have dropped caves in the early spring. All except one. It's like she just wanted to keep it inside herself or something idk. Well anyhow she decided to drop it a few days ago and it seemed to be doing all the typical cafe stuff till today......now it won't hardly move or get up to suckle. Sits off by the fence, away from the mother. Won't get up and go to her when she calls......it just acts odd. Hell I can walk straight up to it and flip it over and it won't try to fight me off. I lifted a rear leg and banded its sack and it never so much as tried to holler.

Well fast forward a few hours I'm getting concerned. I mix up a bottle and head out to it,get there and try to force feed the thing only for it to suck a few times. Just enough to get a little out of the bottle to change the level,no more. I did notice while holding its head that the little feller won't open one eye. I opened it for him and seen his eye was there but turned up where the white was showing....seemed odd given the other was open and normal looking.

Long story shortened a little.....I think he got kicked or stepped on :? Mother freaker.

My week has officially became a schit sandwich :x

So I was working on the gear set of that 05 from work with my dad, and brother, and wound up cutting my thumb on the tone wheel when I tripped on something. After I got it wrapped up it seems I went into shock for whatever reason for a few minutes

Well, after a month and half... I finally got my bear yesterday night. Not a monster (we have small bear out here), but hey... the biggest one we had hitting any of our baits (11 bears).

Wife got hers 10 days ago and I was starting to think she was going to out do me.

A little Paypal update. So, on Saturday.... the claim gets re opened (I'm thinking, hey maybe they realized this is messed up)

I look into it.... it says "counter claim received by card issuer". Seriously?

So I call Paypal back, and find out that customer's card issuer finally shows that they received the claim by us. Talking further I find out that Paypal has a 30 day period of which these things go on......outside of that and they automatically close it. WTF. So, card company just ignores it and wins? Simply answered..... "Yes".

Right now the card company is reviewing it.
