Nope its still there. I told you my truck is stock. My transmission already slips and shudders. One the 47rh is in it I'll mess with it.

It's a wonder my 727 lived so long with an extra 130 hp and 200 lb-ft. I kind of wish I opened it up to see how it was doing after I took it out.

I pulled a local hill today going to a buddies and had to pull it into manual 1st to try and limit some of the slip/shudder. I know this one is done.

I wish I could drive my truck, it snowed over an inch last night again. I don't even have the injectors back in yet, been too darn cold to work in the barn. Was about 20* today and going to be 10 tonight. :(

Our weather has been fairly decent but my pile is still down for the count, been working 12's this week, halfway through a 14 day stretch. Starter finally crapped out, its gonna sit till I get some time off. Been having a hard time finding a quality 2nd gen starter to rebuild and replace the elcheapo chinese junk that's currently installed...might have to break down and spend the $250+/- for an OE starter. Then I still have to do something about an injection pump...

I don't know about your side of the state Pete, but the weather here is calling for 27 tomorrow and snow. Plus more snow next week. At this rate my trucks will be parked until August.

Its 50 here but overcast and windy so it doesn't feel that warm. That 70 degree day last week screwed me all up.

Philip! :P

Ike, I got a starter at Pepboys several years ago and it's still going strong. Paid about 150 IIRC.

Tom, was about 20 today, got a dusting overnight. And guess who remembered at 6:25am that the truck wasn't plugged in? Supposed to be a record low again tonight in the single digits.

I got my blue book back today along with my severance pay. Turns out I only need about 1000 hours to completely finish my apprenticeship, so I'm going to see if I can go back to school, and get one of my tickets. Then at least it'll be a little easier to find work.
