I wish it would snow around here. It hasn't snowed since November here. Its just suppose to get cold with no precipitation here.

I've not been feeling great either, I was very grumpy this morning to say the least.

I didn't notice the driveline issues with Eric's rc. My 4th gen on the other hand is very noticable. Something is definitely wrong with the front diff. Then there's the one worn out u-joint. Honestly The Roo Hunter made less noise above 70mph than this thing, and it started doing it before the lift

I can hear the rear driveline from between the front and rear seats. It just bugs me. I can't stand the constant growling noise.

But I do make it out to be way worse than it is. A lot of people drive the RC and they are like wow....this thing drives great for what it is... Me, I'm like... It's far from driving perfect.

But, my utter perfectionism, I think is good.

On a separate note I started my truck in my grandparents driveway, and it was actually shaking things on the top level

I thought you were having an issue eating U-joints fue to drove line angles Eric? I know everyone likes different things and I'm not a fan of lifted trucks. Maybe its the local power stroke guys who always have to Jack their trucks up.

One of the tech specialist guys at the plant has a really clean, super low mileage 05, he's already put those giant, ugly as hell, american force wheels on it and wants to put a 8" lift on it. It was a nice looking truck, but after he color matched everything, kinda made it look less appealing...to me anyways.

I agree the color matching is not very nice. Chrome just breaks up the color so nicely

The RC went from needing rear joints about every 60k miles to about every 15k miles. Is it eating them? Yes and no... but is definitely going through them.

On a side note......the new engine for the RC (24 valve head) is not going to be changed for the higher hp build. We have 100% decided I will be buttoning up this build and putting into the RC (so it won't be down for a year or more) and then build the current 12 valve engine for 1000+hp over the next year or so.

That way I have 2 sweet engines.....

I do want to find a d150 for a cummins project. 6.7, h pump if I can find one and get the size of barrels/plungers I want (if I can't then it'll end up a cr), big set of twins, back half it, hood stack, built 48 with manual vb. basically make it a 12-1600whp top class drag truck
