It's OK. The wife's brother was there this past weekend fishing and said everything was good.

The next door neighbor at the beach was there shortly after the storm and sent us pics of the exterior. No damage.

The wife says she's going this weekend. She said if I'm going, I'd best have my ass in the car at 5:30ish!

That's good your places are safe. If you stay behind you have lots of time to work on those triples.

On another note I finished the last of my schooling last Friday, and my marks for the provincial, and federal exams on Wednesday. I passed both, so now I just need to find work to get the few hours I need, and I'll be a full journeyman.

I'm here every night! If nobody posts then there isn't anything for me to poke about. :( I cruise thru the FB pages, but I don't post, it brings my IQ down just passing thru there!

The pump on my truck started leaking between the main body and the top cover so I'm in process of replacing that seal and putting in a 366 spring. I could tell you how I feel about that but the administrators might not like me using that sort of language on their forum.

Edit #1: Pump is together again, the big seal is no longer leaking but the seal on the full power screw did not like being disturbed and is now leaking ("It didn't leak before it'll be fine", Right?) and the position of the corrosion and grease lines on the idle screw say I put the throttle lever on at least a tooth off. I'll be back...

A tooth off may not be bad, or it may be worse. When I did my 366 spring I had to move my lever a notch, and others have too.

Yep. Tooth will need to be taken up......then again, you may not even notice that as the peddle can travel far enough to make up the difference. Two teeth and no dice. This is all depending on how much slack is in the throttle linkage.

I drove mine for a year before ever moving it lol

I got it to the point where one tooth one direction it wouldn't idle down so I moved it back in the other direction and cranked out the idle screw as necessary. I know it's as good as it's going to get, but it's seriously annoying how difficult it is to get to that damned idle screw when they could have designed that two piece throttle lever differently and made the process *so* much easier. Full power screw is exactly where it started but it rolls coal like never before so I did *something* right, I guess. I'll work on the smoke tomorrow
