I filled up for $2.13 per gallon today. Total of $54, cheapest I've ever bought diesel. I decided since it's full I'm going to drive like an adult and see what kind of mileage I'll get with 5x18s.

I won't try to brag, but diesel is $1.76 down here...one of the nice things of living in the Midwest

Happy belated birthday Pete!

I bought diesel Wednesday for $1.71. Cheapest I recall in about 6 years of buying diesel.

That's freaking ridiculous. Crude is literally pulled from the ground within 100km of me, and I'm paying .979 a liter (works out to 3.70/gal) though I think taxes on the fuel works out to 60 or 70 percent of the cost. Yay communist gov't

In my town of 70k people, price can vary almost $1 depending on where you buy it. Naturally you get shafted near the interstate. We have refineries in Chicago and Indianapolis, so I bet that keeps it cheaper.

For what it's worth, RUG is $1.5x. Can't complain.

$1.85 is the lowest I've seen in my parts, makes driving my pile a little easier since my VW is still smashed. Been insanely busy at work, can't take a day off to get estimates on my VW because I'll fall behind, heck, I'm barely able to keep up right now :? I know it's going to get worse come Monday-Tuesday, supposed to drop to 0 ish degrees, and we've already had two trucks freeze up from water in the fuel. Got some kerosene in the tank of my pile, should keep it thinned out enough to run...

My phone says it's -6f right now, and my 4th gen only did a bit of complaining starting a few minutes ago. She's sat for a full week without running, and not plugged in. Seems we do a better job with our winter diesel than you guys what with how much complaining some of you seem to do

Around here the lows are about $2.25 and the highs are $2.49.

Weather is going north in a hurry (pun intended), it snowed about 2 inches in 2 hours then quit. At midnight it's supposed to start again then up to 18 inches or so total by 7pm tomorrow. :(
