Jeez, I hope you find it!
Funny that all the heavy crap you pulled with it and it was fine, and now it's mostly just a driver and the clutch goes out.

Old age Pete. The truck had around 160K on it when I installed the G56. Now its showing 230k. Plus that swap was done in 4/2010. So it does have some age on it now.

I am pretty sure it dropped a spring in the pressure plate. It is not releasing all the way.

I noticed this summer that the clutch engagement point was starting to move towards the top of the pedal travel. I knew this coming summer I was going to do a clutch anyway. I found a local shop that said $300 for labor to replace the clutch. Guess which way I'm going.

Eric has a clutch headed my way right now. Going with a valair this time. SBC was a little proud for the same clutch from them.

Time flies! I didn't realize how long ago you put it in. My Valair has been good, and EVERYBODY knows how I drive it. SBC has always been great, but the price is just too much sometimes. $300 sounds like a real good price so you don't have to get dirty, plus it's not taking any time away from the camper project.

This thread is full of BS.

To bad on the clutch Philip. My 93 has the stock clutch in it at 140 k plus. It is starting to sound like a ceramic clutch now, but it doesn't slip. Just a matter of time.

What's up fellers? It's been some time since I've been on the site. Thinking about maybe buying another 1stgen come tax time, or a 13mm pee pump for the other truck. Or both, or none. Be nice to find a 93 srw roller to put the 24v in.

Hey Pete, what could a guy get out of a JD 60 with factory 3pt, alt conversion, diecent paint for a user, runs perfect, starts perfect, good rubber, no ps though.

my friend and his wife sold out and went camping forever, I told him i would try to sell his 60 and 1939 F20 that also starts and runs perfect, new rubber.

they seem to be way down right now.

I was going to guess about 2500-3000 but I hopped on tractorhouse.com.. looks like your are closer to the 5000-6000 range or even higher.. my grandpa started his farm with a 60. He sold it before I was old enough to remember it but to this day the guy still owns it right down the road from the farm. I'd love to buy that thing back someday.

Farmboy had the right idea, get on the 'net and see what they are going for and guess from that. List it for $32-3400 or what you think is fair and see what happens. Different areas of the country are going to be different. I'd start with Craigslist and if that doesn't work then e-bay for the national audience.
