I’d like to try making Missouri this year in my car, but it has been quite a problem child recently. Died may 10 in a parking lot, and wouldn’t restart, gutted fss, and still no start, barely squirted any fuel when cracking the lines. Picked up an 11mm pump in Edmonton, and got that put in Sunday, and actually got the car running Tuesday, but I can’t set the timing properly since I don’t have a vag com, whatever it’s alright, at least I can use it. Now it keeps throwing a p1556 code for the n75 valve. Valve checks out, but I don’t have the test box to check the harness. Basically I’ve had one drive with it where it wasn’t being a temperamental little jerk.

Sounds like my truck, for some reason it didn't want me, or it, to come home this year! lol

Well I finally figured out the problem with my car. The upper intercooler pipe blew off the ic, and caused the whole issue. I didn’t catch it fast enough though as it pushed it into the power steering pulley, and it ended up putting a hole in it. Some jb weld, and it’s back in the car, and boy does she ever run stronger with that 11mm pump.

Happy Canada day y'all! Dman, what size was the stock pump? What kind of fuel increase did you get?
My truck decided it'd be funny to puke a half cup of antifreeze out of the heater box onto the bottom of my right foot yesterday. Guess I better shop for a heater core soon.

Happy Canada day. Stock on the manual trans cars is 10mm, with bigger injectors than the auto cars to compensate.

Does anyone know how much flow/pressure the stock vp44 lift pumps put out? I’m a little less concerned about volume since if it works I’d be putting it on my car.

So.....how is everyone? Haven't been on here regularly in awhile figured I'd drop in and rattle the cage some. Got a 2001 Gmc Duramax truck and pretty much retired the dodge and sold the Chevy off to finance the duramax truck repair. Got the Duramax with busted head gaskets caused by a driver not giving two huh? and ignoring the leaking water and heat gauge.
149k on the clock and recent injectors and cp3......should be GTG for a while.
Already had exhaust and intake done along with a turdtastic super chips programmer. I can tell the programming within is super old.....it defuels hard between shifts with moderate throttle, but comes on strong after. Very strong truck that gives no smoke and makes excellent power. Haven't pulled with it yet but I'm betting the dodge won't hold a candle to it.

Up here too, heat index was about 105 sunday. Officially it was only 95 yesterday, but the thermometer where I was working said 102 in the shade.

I was wondering if that was your truck or a customer's. It looks like a nice one. It's been hotter than balls here too. I'm trying to clear property to get our new house in. It's suppose to be close to 100 here tomorrow and I'll be moving out of our old house most of the day.

I want one, but My budget right now has been dumped on my car recently, then it’ll be sucked up with building, and swapping the 47re into The Roo Hunter.

Jeez I need more side work.
