Just Wondering...

I have an '91 D-350 (Intercooled) That is completely stock, and was wondering around how many MPG's I should expect from it. (It's also an Automatic) Thanks.

I've never had a 2wd, but the best regularly averaged I've gotten in a 4wd was 23 in a 93 W250 5 spd. I can't seem to break over 18 in my 92 W250 auto.

Is there anything that would be fairly easy to do that would improve my mileage?

I don't think this new communist fuel gets nearly so good of mileage as the old genuine diesel.

Also, any of my three five-speed trucks will out-mileage the wife's automatic.
MY TRUCK = 1985 FORD F-350 2wd, 89 1st.Gen.Cummins,Getrag 5-sp,Dana70 3:55

WIFE'S TRUCK = 1991.5 D-250 I/C, Auto

SON'S TRUCK = 1990 W-250 Getrag

Yeah, I didn't want an automatic but after I saw this truck I couldn't pass it up. Once I figure out how to get pictures from my dads camera to my computer you'll see what I mean.

While were on the subject, how hard would it be to swap in a 5 speed, and around how much would it cost?
Thanks.
