It's a subscription. You get the mag 4 times a year, and website access. Check out the site,

You get access to all areas of the site if you are a member. It's $35 in the states, I think it's $43 or $53 international rate. It's a lot mellower than DTR. You can post a link to DTR, here, CF or anyplace and nobody gets upset. Go look, mag is good, 180 or so pages, nice!
