well i just bought a 90 cummins thats been sitting behind a barn for at least 2 years. not started or anything. we put a battery in it and cranked but no start. so we were gonna try and pull start it. well on last time we tried to crank and it fired right up and ran awesome. My G/F's dad's power choke will sit for a week and you have to spray it with ether to get it started and thats a 97 with only 150,000 miles. and my cummins has 400,000. so that just goes to show ya the reliability.
